“LOVE ME” is the centrepiece of my launch collection — a deeply personal exploration of what it feels like to live with a mind that never seems to switch off.
This piece represents my experience of living with BPD, intrusive thoughts and a brain that runs in overdrive. The surrounding figures carry fragments of thoughts, fears, questions and internal noise, while the body at the centre represents the constant desire underneath it all: to be loved, understood and accepted.
There is a contrast between the overwhelming noise of the mind and the simplicity of what the person at the centre is asking for.

The imperfections within the brushstrokes are intentional. Nothing is perfectly smooth or controlled — because neither is the human mind. The uneven marks, overlapping colours and rawness of the piece reflect the imperfections, contradictions and chaos that can exist inside a brain working overtime.
This painting is about the difficulty of wanting something so simple while your own thoughts can make everything feel impossibly complicated.
